Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) sont des r\u00e8gles internationales qui r\u00e9gissent les transactions commerciales internationales. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s par la Chambre de commerce internationale (CCI) afin de standardiser et de clarifier les responsabilit\u00e9s et les obligations des parties dans les contrats de vente internationaux. Les Incoterms d\u00e9finissent les modalit\u00e9s de livraison des marchandises, le transfert des risques et les frais associ\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Ils pr\u00e9cisent \u00e9galement le point \u00e0 partir duquel les co\u00fbts et les risques sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9s d&rsquo;une partie \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre. Les Incoterms sont adapt\u00e9s aux diff\u00e9rents modes de transport (maritime, a\u00e9rien, routier, ferroviaire) ainsi qu&rsquo;aux op\u00e9rations de chargement et de d\u00e9chargement.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">La version la plus r\u00e9cente des Incoterms est la huiti\u00e8me \u00e9dition, publi\u00e9e en 2020, comprenant onze termes r\u00e9partis en deux cat\u00e9gories. Ces termes sont utilis\u00e9s dans les contrats pour sp\u00e9cifier les responsabilit\u00e9s de chaque partie.
